I grew up in Bulgaria – a quiet and beautiful country in Eastern Europe. Born and raised in the Valley of Roses, I had a happy and fulfilling childhood, which allowed me to grow into an ambitious and open-minded woman.
Looking for better professional opportunities, I decided to seek my fortune abroad and travelled to England where I found myself in the flavourful capital of the United Kingdom. With barely £500 to my name, I managed to build a cleaning company from the ground up, and, with time, turned it into a first-choice service provider. My time in the business field taught me a lot about the meaning of being a leader. I learned a tone about accommodating and inspiring people, acquired essential organisation and management skills and understood the importance of proper customer support practices. I believe that these skills have played a pivotal role in my success, allowing my company to attain the prominent position it holds to this day.
Today, having built a successful, happy and fulfilling life, I’ve decided to create this blog, starting with one of the most important things that I’ve learned – in order to be happy, you need to take care of yourself. Your lifestyle choices are crucial to your physical and mental well-being. If you want to be happy, you need to invest in yourself, and not merely in a monetary way. You need to dedicate time and effort in researching better ways to eat, live, work and, even sleep!
Being a business leader does come with its perks but it is a rather stressful position. I have to manage a lot of tasks, do quite a bit of networking and invest a ton of time and effort into researching, learning and implementing new things in my practice. All of this takes its toll, and I can feel the weight of it with each passing day. I realised that I needed to make positive changes in my life and I needed to make them fast. So, I began studying various well-being ideas – ways to eat and live healthier, ways to stay eco-friendly and ways to remove toxins from my environment.
